i can only assume that crooks are getting an allocation of sorts without any pre-requsite? if credits do come into play from last season for this for us that can be the only way they offer a match ticket gaurentee??

Went there as a backpacker about 10 years ago. Cracking atmosphere and slap bang in the middle of town. Won't be a quiet night though!

Tickets sorted this morning. Well buzzing for it now and looking forward to 3 days in the Dam also.
Good result last night as well which gives you more confidence about getting a result out there.

The Ticket Office has released the following information regarding our Europa League away game against FC Utrecht on 30th September 2010:

 UEFA Europa League

FC Utrecht v Liverpool

To be played on

On 30th September 2010

Kick Off at 6pm (local time)

We will be receiving an allocation of 1200 tickets for this ALL TICKET fixture priced at £21 each.

Supporters can book via our Official Travel Partner Thomas Cook who are operating a day coach trip from Liverpool to Utrecht priced at £99 per person excluding match ticket cost  or phone 0870 752 0924 for more details.

Selling Arrangements

Tickets will be allocated as available and for as long as supplies last to Season Ticket holders, Corporate Members and Members/Fan Card holders wishing to travel independently who attended 6 or more European away games during season 2009/2010.

These tickets will be available from Friday 17th September 2010

Should there be any tickets remaining after the above sales a further announcement will be made.

Telephone Sale

Tickets will be available on 0843 170 5555 (Overseas (0044) 151 9079399). Disabled enquiries can also be made on this number.  Bookings will require all Fan Card numbers to be provided and the applicant's name and address to be confirmed. Tickets can either be collected from the Anfield Ticket Office or posted out Special Delivery at a charge of £5.65.

Window Sale

Supporters must present Fan Cards when applying at the Ticket Office.

Please Note: Supporters can purchase one ticket per qualifying Fan Card.

Supporters can purchase tickets for up to a maximum of FOUR qualifying Fan Cards at the Ticket Office window and on the telephones.                                         

N.B. There will be no duplicates tickets available for this fixture.

Ticket Office hours

Monday - Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm

Saturday 9.15am - 1pm

If collecting tickets from the ticket office on Saturday 25th September, we would advise collection before 12 noon to avoid match day queues.

Please note: If tickets are still available on Wednesday 22nd September, they will be available until 5pm only at the ticket office window.  If collecting tickets on this day we advise you arrive before 5pm also.

Telephone booking lines will open at 8.15am until 5.30pm for sales for this fixture.  However this is with the exception of Wednesday 22nd September, when the line will close at 5pm, due to the home match being played on this day.

We are unable to offer any refunds after Monday 27th September.

cheaper than our home game last night, Lyn on the phones reckons they are selling quickly as the phones have been ringing all morning? not suprised at £21??

EDIT - forgot to mention, the ticket office told me earlier that they won't be asking for proof of travel for utrecht but will be scanning cards??

3 of us going. Booked in the hotel manofa just by central station. 75 euro's for a triple room. Fly out on the thursday at 7am. Only got 1 credit from last season so hoping for a few spares to be floating about. Cant wait  :D

Ye i hope the credits go down to 4. I went all 7 last year (+ pre season Singapore, Thailand, Oslo and Espanyol)  + Skopje and Trabzon qualifiers this season but only managed to get the 4 credits on the fan card last year, lets see what happens. Anyway all booked  Dubai - Amsterdam one night stay on Garuda air.

For once fair play to the ticket office, I said when I phoned them on Friday that I needed my ticket by Monday at the latest as I am going to Portugal on Tuesday from Newcastle and dont get back until wednesday 29th and that I wont be returning home before flying out from Edinburgh to Amsterdam on the 30th and the ticket turned up on Saturday !!, I must say I didnt have much faith, but there we go !!
