The comeback made me feel great, it was nice to feel pumped about football for a change.

The tactical set up is a fucking joke though. All we actually need is Fulham kits and Roy has a carbon copy. He needs to watch a few DVDs, read some books, learn about expectations. The entire fanbase will be after him by Christmas if we go into game like this.

An improved 2nd half attacking wise.

Didn't look convincing with Gerrard + Poulsen in the middle and Meireles behind Torres, but credit to Hodgson for reacting quickly to going 2-0 down and changing the formation.

Just a shame we're soft at defending crosses from wide at the moment. Lucky not to concede via that route last week. It's a problem.

I disagree that Hodgson got things badly wrong today. To be honest, the level of double standards here is amazing and the pro-Rafa and anti-Hodgson brigade seem to be intent on this being the norm. No point even bothering reviewing the game to be honest.

I really liked the effort there for most of the 2nd half, but the desperation hoofing to Torres for most of the match, and then the last 10 is a joke. It's no wonder he does better when it's along the floor and somebody isn't to far away for him to knock it down too, or play off of.

We were lucky to get 2. 

Terrible performance defensively and the way we invited United onto us in the last 10 minutes was only going to have one outcome.

Overall we were poor.  Better in the 2nd half from an attacking perspective but that wasn't too hard because there was no attacking in the first.

Only one way this club is heading unfortunately!

After the equaliser, we should have pushed on and really tried to give it to them. Instead, the 5-10 mins before the 3rd Berbatov goal was all united pushing, while we seemed to realise it was back equal, where we should be and settle foe the draw.

We need new owners. So that we can afford to hire a manager who's actually got a plan if "containing" the opponent fails. Crap performance. You can't sit back at Old Trafford and expect to get anything, particularly when none of the back 4 can head the ball. We needed to get Kyrgiakos in there at some point during the game to sort it out. 2 moments of magic from Torres and Gerrard, but not good enough, although how O'Shea wasn't sent off is a mystery to me. The Old Trafford factor again I suppose.

I was puzzled by Stevie G playing in front of the back 4 with Raul behind Torres - seemed to be the wrong way around.  Maybe Roy thought that by inviting Manu onto us, SG could hit them on the break with a killer pass from deep......?
