Seen the club announced it on twitter and people complaining.

I know they get things wrong at times. But what did these people expect when they put in card details for an auto cup scheme when the first home could have been in seven days?

Usually get an email but first I knew of it was an alert from my bank to say £42 had gone out.

Mine failed the last few last ssn and I had to go in and authorise them on the same card. Just hoping they have fixed the issue this ssn.

Has anyone used their Revolut card for their auto cup scheme payment? I presume if they tried and failed to take it you’d get a notification off Revolut like anything else?

What happens if my payment declines for a game?

If we are unable to successfully take your payment, your seat will be reserved for a short period of time and we will email you using the email address registered on our system, to advise that your payment has failed. The email will include instructions on how to purchase your seat An SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile telephone number.

If you choose not to purchase a seat within the dedicated timeframe, the seat reserved for you will be released for sale. However, subject to availability and meeting the qualifying criteria which will be advertise here ahead of each game, you can purchase an alternative seat.

If your payment fails and you do not purchase a ticket independently, you will be removed from the relevant scheme.

You'll get an email, but looks like emails aren't sent out for successful/unsuccessful payments until all the payment runs are complete which will likely be within the next day or two.

My ACS payment failed again. I thought it would be ok this season but obv not. Just ridiculous. If I go in, it'll prob be ok, going by last season

Noticed they had out the row number twice, check account and seat is correct one...you do wonder if the NFC pass will be correct.

Go to My Account then Reservations. Tick the one listed and it'll go to your basket so you can check out.

Payment not gone thru again - then used the same card in my saved cards for payment! The whole group have to go in individually; could be easy for one to miss.

It must just be authentication issue, not sure why not sorted this season?

Totally agree. It's bloody annoying. I thought it would be ok this season but no. My card is date 2024 so I'll have 4 years of this (from last ssn). Not sure what the club have or haven't done ::)

In fairness it's probably not the club, it's almost certainly down to your card provider

We did get re-enrolled in fairness but it was a right palaver. Ended up having to move seats one game as well.

Might be worth risking it? Although they might just sort yours properly straight away.

No you can distribute it to anyone. Until the club put in some functionality to upgrade or downgrade a ticket you can ignore the price band when transferring tickets.

Same here...got two emails with two different seat numbers...absolute shambles this club when it comes to tickets.
