It would have been an absolute travesty if we’d not won that.

Very good performance apart from one massive defensive lapse again. Scoreline made it appear tighter than it was.

Oh and I love the irony of Ajax players crying at the ref for how slow Luis was going off, after they’d spent the previous 25 mins time wasting.

Excellent performance, would have been crazy if we hadn't won that, could easily have been 4 or 5. Real shame the weekend is off, knowing our luck Thiago will be injured for the rescheduled game, a totally different team with him.

Nice to see Nunez with some nice link up and plays. Thiago the mastermind behind the win, but overall a much better team performance. Tsimikas was good, Van Dijk especially at headers, Matip, Fabinho all looked better.

Thought 1st half was good, 2nd half a lot of huff & puff without much threat imo minus one or two moments. It was better though which is a start.
