Confirmation email came through guess it's alright.

Bit mad that the site didn't close. Went on at 745. Mad refresh at 815 onwards. At 819 they came on. Got our 4 but don't know what happened

They didn't close the site til 8.12. Must be because of the CL sale, can only do it once, though it'd be an absolute fucker if you needed to buy in both sales considering it logs you out!

It doesn't kick you out, but what they normally do is close the site about an hour before, the session is 50 mins, so it would've expired before the sale starts and you can't buy anything.

If you manage to keep your session alive for when it starts you can sometimes put tickets in the basket but it won't let you check them out.

I guess because there would be more people on for the CL sale, they've let the local ride and not closed it, so if you had a live session then you were just in.

Yeah I was straight in at 8.15 but was met with the SOLD OUT sign straight away.

Managed to get a single after 18 mins of refreshing, gutted I didn't get my usual pair but a single is better than nothing!

Another crazy sale today! Got lucky and managed to help someone pick up a single but something is seriously wrong when the TO can't even be consistent with the basics like closing down the site before a sale etc... I bet the top dogs don't even know that this happens!

So many blatant day trippers by me today with half and half scarves and iPads.

This needs to start getting policed properly, ticket checks in the ground to make sure they match ID etc

Boss these £9 tickets but hate seeing people take advantage of it for their own financial gain

I think the club need telling. If enough say it then maybe they will look into more....?

As I went in, there was a whole group by the Tkt Office from the Far East with half/half scarves on - clearly have NO idea about the clubs. Ad my mate saw a fella with a whole LFC scarf on AND a WHOLE Man U one

Keep waiting (and to a degree hoping) that it kicks off in a ground somewhere as how do you know who they actually support? You could get a group of away fans with half/half scarves on infiltrating a home end (given tkts are often available quite easily at some grounds) just to cause trouble. Maybe then they would look at it. I understand people wanting souvenirs of matches but go and buy a programme or a badge then!

Thought it was loud in u9 yesterday to be honest. Couple of Norway lads by us God knows what they paid. So annoying as the club will end up binning this off.

No empty seats which is usually the case though.

I will probably email the club again. For the sake of 9 quid I would happily go through even more checks. Said before - have 1 turnstile for these tickets? Only 500 a game.

I do agree to some point but it's the touts who have been doing it for years with season tickets and members cards I'd be focusing on!

Was going into the Kop yesterday and seen 3 different groups of Asians asking stewards for help. All of them had season tickets

Very true. Saw a fella go in with 2 lads yesterday. Got to the stairs in the main and they stopped and they paid him the money. Couldn't tell what but looked about £100 each. Hard to stop that kind of touting

These £9 tickets are about the only decent thing the club has done for local fans and it’s getting exploited by a few dickheads, can’t be hard to do checks in U9 and U1. It’s getting worse each game but was probably the worst on Saturday with blatant day trippers

Our row was full of scandis, not a peep out of them all game and seat numbers were lower so deffo the local ones. We did see a fella with a clipboard checking tickets but need more of them and just ask everyone.

Sorry to be the wool to butt in here, but are the local sale tickets always a completely separate allocation? I.e. they don't comprise of any corporate returns etc?

I'm praying there's a lot of corporate returns as I'm getting a little desperate for Huddersfield tickets.
