The sell out time will be later this year cos they've changed the session time, used to be some would appear about 8.35-40, but it'll be about 15-20mins later now.

Don't understand why they've changed that, think it should be decreased for single match home sales but use the 50 for bulk and aways.

Agree. There was nothing wrong with the half hour session for homes. Now it means you have to spend an extra 20 odd minutes waiting for someone who doesn't qualify who has held x amount of tickets in their basket to be re-released!

1. I got a mate one on.HIS card. He has to pick it up but it says the card used to.buy the tkt. Does he need my card? (Kids wouldn't have one anyway)

2. Does it HAVE 2b today or from today til Sat morning?

My Council Tax bill is emailed as PDF?

Login to utility business and download bill PDF and print off.

I've always picked my local sales tickets on match day. Just go a couple of hours earlier to avoid queues & cock-ups - extra beer time.

Login to utility business and download bill PDF and print off.

Says no photocopies, license has current address on it. Get council tax on e-billing as well!

I'm paperless on all but Water Bill - never been offered to go paperless. So I use that & passport, as don't drive.

Whoever is the lead customer (whoever bought the tickets online) has to be the person to pick it up. Both tickets will be in this envelope.

Ticket office open until kick off I think but get there a bit earlier to avoid queuing!

Picked palace tickets up today and only checked my utility bill , didnt look at my card I paid on.
Havent been the TO for a while but after waiting (one window open) and listening to staff etc i can see why its so fcuked up. It took 15 minutes for me to pick my tickets up. How they organise the members sale beggars belief.

Went for mine this morning.

What a palava.

My sister purchased it on line, on my fancard.

I went down with my fancard, utility bill, and driving licence.

And they nearly wouldn't give it to me, because I wasn't the person on the purchasing credit card.

Only after consulting a supervisor did I get it.

Cheers keano7 and Bigly Red Richie. I didn't realise I would have to get it!! Mate was meant to ring up today and ask but not heard from the pest

so had no idea. I can go up Saturday morning when it shouldn't be too bad. I also get e-bills but reckon if I print one in colour it should be ok. I'll just fold it like it has been in an envelope (in thirds)! I don;t see how they can refuse. That isn't a photocopy. All my bills come like that except a credit card so might take that too in case. Got my passport handy as just got back so that bit is ok

The thing is, that suggests I don't need his fan card at all!?

Therefore surely touts can get them on others' fan cards registered at local addresses? $:-\$

if it's been bought on his card, the ticket will be in his name so they will want ID for that address... I think! Best phoning them up to be 100%.

Ta. He tried 5 times yesterday but said it just rang out. He says it is the right number but if anyone knows it I will check. Got meetings all day today.

I bought it on my credit card but his fan card...I assume it's his fan card we need address for. Do I have to give him my credit card?

i.e I could get 4 tickets for 4 friends and family not including myself, but I would still need to collect the tickets

you can take your driving license without the counter part, you can also take an old bill, it doesn't have to be recent

they're really not too picky on the id I find as they usually just take a quick glance

Ours are a bit different cos we both live at the same address but he takes ID for both of us and can pick them up despite me being the purchaser, just has to give my name cos it's on the envelope.

They haven't added it again this year but last season I got a 'ELIGIBLE FOR LOCAL GENERAL SALE' in purchase history - check thats there.

Cheers sharkeyb. Been trying to get through online but get that REALLY annoying message each time that says they're busy and to ring back....but charge you. I will go with what you said and go early Sat then. I know some TO staff so will hope I get one who knows me!
