Gini?   Where did he even play last season?  I haven't seen or heard his name in what feels like ages.

Anyway, as much as I'll follow the tournament, I'll root for whoever has the most Reds and the Dutch seem to have the most.  Would love to see Jota do well, but good god that Portugal squad is extremely unlikeable.
I've always had a soft spot for the Dutch so that's probably what I will do too. They seem to have a very decent team too to be honest although up front they don't look particularly good. Weghorst..  ;D

And anyone who supports a team with Ronaldo, Fernandes and Silva in it needs their head checking.

Just gobsmacked at the plethora of posts writing off Quansah. 101 different proposals for centre back, all making the assumption that Quansah is too young, not ready, not good enough etc. I disagree. Klopp seemed sure of his ability, consistently playing him ahead of Konate in the final games of the season.

We weren’t very good defensively last year. We have one reliable senior CB, one youngster, one who’s often injured and one who Klopp wouldn’t play CB last season. Quite aside from Quansah’s actual quality, and I think he’s going to be incredible, we clearly need a CB.

And the general bullishness about our CB options on here needs to take into account 2 seasons worth of fairly underwhelming defensive performances now. Maybe the issue were structural and a new coach sorts them, maybe they’ve been down to the lack of a proper elite 6 and a new DM sorts them. But there’s not a lot from our last 2 seasons to say we’ve got a bunch of elite CBs.

I think there is a lot of arguing at cross purposes here. I have no issue with anyone being critical of Starmer and his safety first approach but if you’re lucky to live in a constituency where Labour are second to the Tories and you don’t vote Labour (I’d be surprised if that is the case for posters on RAWK), then you’re the Tory party’s useful idiot.

Unfortunately I live in the consistency where that Brummy tick tock lawyer is running otherwise I'd be voting for something else as these last few days of exclusions have really turned me off Starmer and his team.

And I happen to think the MP is a actually pretty good

Liverpool FC Forum / Re: Luis Díaz (Luis Fernando Díaz Marulanda)

The problem with Diaz is that if we play a front 3, we need them all to be contributing to goals/assists in decent numbers. He has more ability than most of our players, just appears to lack game intelligence at times.

Doncic better be saving some of these massive games for Boston. Don’t want any 7-20 shooting.

Does this include youth games? Imagine missing out on a 17 year old Mbappe or Messi cause they haven’t played 150 games for you to collect data on ;D

I think that rule applies only for first team signings. We have done pretty well with signing U-18 players for our youth squads. Clark, Doak, Elliott, Nyoni, Nallo, all recent acquisitions. Point being that the players the manager wants to be in and around the squad from day 1 need to have a body of work behind them.
