Even the like of Van Dijk is not looking good at the moment. It's not just the midfield but people panicking at the back as well. It's an all-round problem at the moment. The biggest issue for me is where we are using Trent, I don't get what we're doing with him anymore.

This is something thats confused me. Trent drifted into the no 8 position on several occasions in tons of space but never received the pass. Surely if he is in space we should be getting the ball to him, else it's pointless him doing it as he's not even taking a defender with him.

Henderson doesn’t look as bad as he does at 8 when he plays as a 6 as he gets time on the ball. Now he can’t run properly he can’t even make up for his poor positioning in there.

I think this is a silly post, he’s been our best player out there and truly the least of our problems, we signed his contract then went to spend 85 m on Nunez.....

With two new young midfielders with pace and ability this entire team would look different. Salah would be firing on all cylinders again. No one would discuss Trent’s positional mistakes and lost would applaud Nunez for his goals.
