THere'll be plenty on Youtube to get you started. Some Lynda ones on the basics like the interface and functionality, then onto the basic tools from there should help you get going. PS might seem a bit daunting once you open it, but like any software, you very seldom use any of the more complex features, as the basic tools and functions are very powerful.
