There are loads of options. Mediafire for example - unlimited filesize and completely free. Don't know about the uploadspeed though.

Very slow, maybe run out it's bandwith. Anyway, i managed to download the file from Youtube, and converted it to .wmv file (while my download from the first source haven't finished yet). It's low quality of course (avi to flv to wmv), but better than nothing.
