Where is that from? It's probably correct but I think he'll be fine by then.

The club statement saying he hasn’t been ruled out.
From what I’ve read he will be evaluated again on Monday.

Glad that he is alright. You'll never know with eye injury. Hoping that he is fit for PSG. Pretty certain that he is back to his best and in full flow

No, jazz. You fear jazz. You fear the lack of rules, the lack of boundaries. Oh look, it's a fence. But, no, it's soft.

On the telly ?
With loads of replays?
Did you make an immediate call at the time it happened that he did it on purpose and there is an FA backed conspiracy to support Spurs players against all wrong doing..or did you go all social media influenced and decide it was deliberate hours later after seeing the picture
TOTAL fucking accident..horrible accident..but accident
As a good Liverpool based tweet that went viral last night said..give your head a wobble
That would be yes, yes, yes, yes (St Spurs at Wemberley, after all!), and no.

But yes, an obvious accident. Verthongen, the Mighty Eagle, is fully entitled to flash his talons once and a while, and justifyiably got a free kick out of his efforts. It must be only a matter of time The Mighty Ev come calling for him.

Stating the bleeding fucking obvious - if there was this massive pro-Spurs conspiracy, why did it only extend to Vertongen getting away with injuring Bobby’s eye? I’m sure they were all celebrating in the dressing room over it but wouldn’t disallowing one of our goals been a bit more useful? Or giving the penalty?

Get a grip lad and let it go.

It was a tongue-in-cheek post in the first place, not a finger-in-my-eye rant some of the posters seem to be taking it for. And why not, I had no emoticons there.

But sheesh I thought I was posting at RAWK and not at Red And White Spurs forum  :o

Very clearly an accident that looked terrible in the stills.

Bobby is fine thankfully and no need to make it any more than what it was.

Could be accidentally, but sometimes some players when they get frustrated, they let their arms and hands fly more than usual, in particular direction, in order to catch anything and do "accidentally" some damage.
