Robben out with a calf injury, Conman should be fit for them [I suspect Alaba will as well he didn't take part of this weekend]

But harsh, I personally think Kingsley's the real deal.

Martinez picked up a knock, but Goretzka is back for them. Them missing Kimmich and Müller is great for us. Ribéry is not match-fit yet (those three assists he got look great on paper, but he won't be able to play 90 mins - and Wolfsburg were absolutely gash). They will have to play Rafinha against Mané or Salah, a weakness we have to exploit.

With regards to our midfield, I think it's going to be Fabinho-Henderson-Wijnaldum. Would love to see Keita get a start, but it's unlikely.
Last resort if you need tickets in Switzerland.

Kimmic was really good in the first leg, good thing he won't be around

We've won 18 titles, 5 European Cups, 7 FA Cups, but today must be the greatest victory of all.

Keita won't start.

There is a huge likelihood that we see Wij-Henderson-Fab.

It doesn't work creatively - but that's probably what it will be especially since Henderson was rested, and Wij was pulled early. Fab is the automatic nowadays.

Fabinho is a certain starter, not sure what Klopp willl do with the other two slots. He mentioned Gini feeling tired and without energy and he's been nursing his knee injury as well.

Milner could be back into the side, Henderson more than likely will start, and maybe Lallana gets another shot in the side?

Ideally I'd like to see Keita play there but considering he didn't play against Burnley his last start was coincidentally against Bayern at home.

I have no idea what we'll go wtih.

Lallana was hooked early on as well, although he was probably only gonna play the 60-70 odd minutes he got. Can see him starting this, especially considering how well he did.

I thought Gini looked very tired second half, we actually lost a bit of control in midfield for a while there as it felt like Fabinho had to cover twice as much ground. I think Fab and Hendo are certain starters v bayern, the 3rd spot will come down to Milner's fitness, Klopp's faith in Keita and whether Lallana's done enough to keep his place.

I reckon it'll be Milner.
3 midfielders minimum in the next window. And probably another young CB to boot.

Anything else is negligent.

Orsato is a good ref. Italian referees generally stand no nonsense in  the box from corners. Avoid shirt pulling and pushing and ffs no stupid free kicks just outside the box. If we keep our heads and get an early goal,  we'll be sound.

I’d like to see Lallana or Keita start this. We really do need more attacking drive from midfield - something we don’t get with a Gini/Henderson/Milner line up. Or at least, we dont get enough of it. I think at least with Lallana you actually dont sacrifice much on the defensive side either - hes one of our most intelligent players in that 8 position. I think you can easily slot him in instead of Milner or Henderson, alongside one of those two or Gini and Fabinho and improve the attack as well as keep the solidity in the defensive phases.

Couldn't agree more. We have to win or at least a scoring draw so the added dimension of a midfield that has a variety of threats is essential. Playing the default trio would be too conservative in the circumstances.

Fabinho and Henderson are certainties. Klopp obviously doesn't trust Keita yet, and will Lallana start such a high profile match despite his good performance against Burnley? I reckon the last spot goes to Milner if there are any concerns with Wijnaldum.

Please please please no English sides in the next round, particularly United and City.

Everyone is hoping for Porto and Ajax and rightfully so, hopefully it goes our way!

First choice: Ajax
Second Choice: Porto

Only thing I really care about is avoiding City, it helps us in the league if they go far in this and get a fixture pile-up.

I'm not hoping for Ajax. They've got a cracking little side.

Porto is the one we're all hoping for I'm sure. I'm not sure I'd want the emotion of United or even Juventus over two legs when we're in the midst of a title fight too. Would take Spurs, and Barcelona would be a wonderful occasion.

A rematch with City would produce an interesting side story too.

Too many people wanting Ajax imo, they’re good enough to win the whole thing.  Weirdly Spurs are probably the worst side left, the way they’ve hit the wall domestically, but I couldn’t be arsed with an English side.  Wouldn’t mind a crack at Barcelona.

A Mancunian derby is what I really want out of this.

I'd take Spurs - provided Porto and Ajax were drawn together and in the same semis!

Please no United or City.

Make City play either the derby (massive distraction) or Barcelona (Pep could have a major distraction with the media there).

Ideal draw:

Tottenham-Ajax
Porto-Liverpool
Man United-Man City
Juventus-Barcelona

Obviously that'd mean starting with an away leg for a possible semi-final too.

Nightmare draw:

Playing United or City. Juve or Barcelona would at least be interesting. Roma took Barca to the cleaners at home last year and their defence isn't exactly the stuff of legends.

Wasn't the last time they did the QF & SF draw at the same time back in 08 when we ended up with Arsenal & Chelsea on our side of the draw?
I reckon we'll end up with Spurs and Man City on our side of the draw.

Manc derby would be good.

No doubt we'll get a horrible draw and City will get a nice comfy home tie to Porto before resting players for a dead rubber away leg.
