I got 1 on 12 last season, and it sold out on 10. Down to 14 this time and I'll be happy.

Has anybody ever had any issues ordering online to collect at the ticket office where you type 'to collect' in the comments?

When they first started it I tried to collect one and was told it wasn't ready to collect (!) ans so they had to send it out anyway. Haven't tried since then though so things could have improved.

Did it a few times earlier on in the season and always left it a few days before I went up for them. Never had them ready, always had to wait 5 to 10 mins while they dug them out. Don't bother with it anymore

How has the online address change window been working for people? Where do the tickets usually end up - the card's, the login's or the changed?
Might need to do this for Bolton.

Only tried this once so far, TO ignored the address I entered and would have sent the tickets to the address of the person who'd logged in, if I hadn't rung up to double check.

The only time I put in a different address, they completely ignored it and sent it to the card holders address  :butt

Worked fine for me the couple of times I've used it. The window collection option was another matter though!

Only used alternative address once but worked with no probs.  I used it for Villa, I think most of the probs were at the start of the season.

I did it for Palace away and they had not arrived in time for the game so rang the TO and they said the tickets were sent to my adresse as the person logged in rather than the adresse I put in.

They did the dupes anyway and I was expecting the tickets to go to my adresse but they turned up 10 days after the Palace game at the adresse I put in.

Sods law I suppose but tickets should always be sent to the adresse of the person logged in to the site rather than the fancard adresse unless a different adresse is specified.

50 characters including spaces is a joke aswell, try it first and you may have to abbreviate words like Road "Rd", Flat "F", Kenny Dalglish "K Dalglish" or no spaces in the post code for it to accept the new adresse !

good luck - ynwa

I use the change of address almost all the time - it works about 1 in 3 times for me. I should probably just change the actual address on my card to be fair!

 aways
7+ = 10 aways
6 = 9 aways

What would u envisage people on 13 will end up with this year 15/16? Next seasons starting criteria should be fun

i'm on 14 and hoping to end up on 17 at the least, Swansea unsure about yet even though its a Monday night, went to 10 last season but I think there are more on higher credits this season who will stay there, qpr went to STH with 18 with a 1800 allocation and goin off other clubs we'll get about 1900 for Swansea. Arsenal, Chelsea and stoke away should be guaranteed on 14, hull and west brom think should be alright on returns going off games this season.

I think Stoke will sell out very very high... every HSTH will apply for ticket and can see there being many returns either.
I'm on 13 myself but don't think iI'l get one for Stoke, but i hope thats just me being pessimistic..

we get 2,800 for stoke, Everton went to 10 so taking away a few like you say still should be ok on 13/14 I would think.

Stoke will sell high as it's Gerrards last league game (and possibly final game).

Hull will go quite low(8/9/10), they've changed the positioning of the away fans and I think there's more tickets given to the away team as a result.

At £50 a ticket it could.

+ if we make the FA Cup Semi Final it becomes a mid week game.

Think he was referring to the Hull City away game on 18th April, with our possible participation in the FA Cup semi finals, thus moving the Hull game to either 21/22 April (Tue/Wed before the WBA away game) or 28/29 April (Tue/Wed after the WBA away game).
