Hate when It's like that, was like it at Newcastle away. So many silent just looking at me trying to get some songs started.. only 2 or 3 around me joined in and that only with the Colin pascoe chant

Newcastle away this season was the worst away end I've ever been in.

We were on the front row of balcony and even scousers behind us were telling us to sit down. Christ almighty. Beauts.

Agreed, the first time I've been to an away game where there was no singing before the game or at half time in the bar either!

At Palace, I had an American fella tap me on the shoulder and ask how many songs we had (he seemed to think we had loads and started asking how did I know the words). He mentioned it was his first 'soccer' match, didnt know how long the 'interval' was and didn't come across as a LFC fan as he wasn't that arsed we were shit throughout the first half. I did ask where he got his tickets from and he changed the subject.

I moved away from the front of the stand to go further back to meet some mates where we tried to start some songs but not many were really that bothered. I do remember a guy with a real cockney accent trying to get things going but to no avail.

Leicester away midweek, I cant see many regulars doing the trip after Bulgaria. Just hope we back the team more than we did Sunday.

Palace sponsors were running competitions last week for tickets in both the home and away ends. How are homesteads allowed to give tickets to their sponsors for the away end when the allocation is shite

With United going down to 4, I'm hoping to get at least 10 credits this year as I reckon Villa, Arsenal, Chelsea and Stoke are now highly likely to follow suit.

Along with Southampton being a guarantee  ;D

surely it should get evened up a little when it comes down to everton, west brom, Swansea etc. 150-200 less tickets for everton than man utd so expect that to be about 6/7 aways, Swansea with 2k i'd imagine wont be far off qpr if its a weekend game and west brom from what ive known from recent seasons is a very popular away and always sells out high.

Not at all - people were saying this about last season because hardly any went low.

Plus, you forget that even though someone may qualify for 7 games, they may only buy 4 for example.

exactly, happened with me last season, qualified for 16 but only ended up with 14 because I missed out on the other 2 trying to buy online.

Despite being a member on 0, would rather they didn't. Means the results are getting better which is more important.

What is Arsenal away usually like for ticket availability? Will be in London that weekend, would there be spares around the ground or in the boozer before hand?

I wish that when aways dropped to ST's that it would include members who had all 19 homes for say, 3 previous seasons for instance,

At least give members who have the equivalent of an ST but pay about £100 more a season a shot of getting on the ladder.

I know a lad who has a seasie, rented it out for about 3 seasons now, never goes a home game but so far this season he has got 3 aways on it, Burnley, Leicester & Newcastle, and if he gets another couple it will probably put him in with a shout of getting even more next season and so on.
Bugs the hell out of me.....

Another one to throw in the 'if only' hat.....

Absolutely no chance this is dropping to 6!!! It usually drops to about 10, but I've got a feeling it might only go down to 12 this time
