I prefer the goretex ones sneakers n stuff did.
They grey/black and black/grey ones they did about 18 months ago.
And the blue/cream and burgundy/cream ones just before Christmas.

Not a fan of the trainers but thats a nice touch. I haven't yet heard why they've gone with a Shankly tribute in this release.

Just seem to be highlighting small British towns/villages judging by the names, Glenbuck is Shanks' birthplace I believe. Why now, I don't know.

Most of the ones in the Spezial range are Lancashire towns though, which makes sense as Gary Aspden is from Darwen. This one seems to be a specific tribute to Shankly with his date of birth on the inside. I'm sure we'll hear more in the next few weeks when they're released.

shanks played for Preston, maybe that has some connection to gary, along with loads of other reasons to use shankly's birth place

Not great trainers for running in, or football, or any type of mobile activity, essentially they are lounge trainers, but they are comfortable.
