To be honest I'd leave Trent and Robbo out of the starting eleven, there's no point changing a winning team I don't think currently.

Silver lining maybe, with Klopp leaving maybe he will take the opportunity to choke Tierney out in the centre circle on live tv after he fucks us over yet again.

Step away from my fantasy team and everything will be ok.....

Massive week. Massive game. In years where we've come close and not quite made it, it's been quite easy to identify big games where we've only managed to draw as decisive moments (United and Everton away in 18/19 being obvious examples). Can't let this be another one of those.

My main worry between now and the end of the season is that one of these tw@t officials red cards Klopp, setting him up for a touchline ban on the last home game. If that happens, I hope he DOES chin somebody.

What would happen if Klopp just ignored them and was on the touchline anyway?  Would they not start the game?

Win tonight and a draw with Arsenal would be a good return, particularly with key players still missing.

Annoying we've still got to go to Old Trafford and Goodison, they'll both be their cup final and massive wars of attrition (City will beat both easily).

Alternatively, there were games in which we were too aggressive when a draw would do (this same fixture in 2013-14).

That being said, with the way things stand, you have to be aggressive here. Draw won't do when you're dealing with Abu Dhabi, and we're playing CL football next year comfortably. Do everything for three points.

Knowing how the PL and PGMOL are run, they'd probably deduct us 10 points.

if we're taking 4 points as a good result this week - which is probably fair - the win would be much better coming against arsenal

The form of players like Joe Gomez and young Conor is fantastic, as it means we don't have to rush the likes of Robbo and Trent straight back in. Besides which the two of them will be itching even more to get back into the team now as well, win win.  :D

It sounds a pretty pendantic point to make but it is bloody annoying. It does take you about 4 times longer to get your head round what the team actually is, and it’s not like it’s something that would be difficult to do

Love that bench. And we still have Thiago, Salah, Bajcetic & Tsimikas to come back this season (have I missed anyone? Assuming Matip won’t be back ).

I feel like our game suits them at times. In recent times, we’ve been the better team, but at the same time they usually have a couple of midfielders who are technically good and can play cute passes and bypass our press. Annoying team.

I think that's mainly psychological. I was reading on the GOT forum and they were saying teams come to Anfield already beaten. I think, to a point, teams do up their game but equally some can fall apart. Hopefully tonight.

Smart move from Klopp, rewarding Conor for his excellent performance, keeping Trent fresh and easing him back into midfield if we really need to unlock that shower in the second half. Because I think we all know Poch is gonna park the fucking bus here.
Bradley must be pinching himself, six weeks ago he was barely in the team and now he's starting against Chelsea at Anfield. I'm so pleased that he's good enough to not need to rush Trent back, and offer a genuine rotation option going forward.

Robbo and Trent coming on at 65 will lovely.
I’ve plenty links to the clubs playing and backroom staff as many on here know thank you very much. Fair enough, I admire your optimism. But you’re absolute ostriches if you think this squad, even with 2 or 3 new, “cut price” players with potential get us anywhere close
