I thought we've played well up until the inevitable composure in front of goal again.

Jota for Nunez as we need someone more clinical in there.

Elliott for Szoboszlai as he can't pass at the minute so not much point him being out there.

Dominant, but now we need to calm down.

Anyone who thinks there isn't huge institutional bias against Liverpool is watching a different game. The usual bag of ridiculous decisions. Which other club gets 2 yellows for dissent in the midst of foul after foul from the opposition?

Nunez, Szoboszlai both so poor. Good thing is we're not really being troubled by them, and we're creating lots of chances. But we've got to take one.

Salah has been awful, a bit like the weather. Nunez has to score that chance. Get Jota on.

We should be well ahead, this trend is pretty concerning going for the league.

Still think we’ll win but big issues with being clinical.

Get Mo off pens and we can’t keep carrying Nunez going for the league sorry.

Been a dominant team performance otherwise. Diaz has been good.

Feels like another game we will bottle. We can’t complain about the oil barrons when we can’t even beat a B side Man U squad and can’t score against a poor Newcastle team that struggles away.

Trent, Salah and Dom has been poor. Endo and Diaz though been great.

Take Salah of penalties, Jones Gomez VVD Diaz excellent, everyone else so so.

Agree with that, great to see Diaz looking a bit more confident and actually running with some belief today.

Jesus fucking christ our decision making is brain dead so far.

Salah is having a stinker, awful pen too.

Nunez should have gone round the keeper who was in no man’s land.

We've got this, just keep the level up and don't over complicate.

That said, it was an awful penalty take by Salah, but they are there for the taking.

thought we were very good apart from finishing and not making the most of opportunities. Salah has been awful though and not just the penalty. Diaz involved a fair bit more which is good.

Should be out of sight

The referee has zero control of this game. Diaz fouled, he gets booked. Joelinton fouling again, no booking. We look more likely to get booked following a foul on us to be honest

We should be 3 up by this stage, we’ve had the chances just the finishing has been so bad it’s laughable. The less said about the ref the better.

Why do our players keep kicking the ball away, you know 100% you’re going to be booked for it. Boils my piss.

Absolutely battered them but somehow it’s 0-0. Nunez needs to start taking these chances, it’s not something you can defend anymore.

Yet another game I’ve had to out on mute because of Gary Fucking Neville. The difference in his tone between our offside goal and their offside goal is remarkable.

Can we not get Anthony Taylor for our matches? And Gary Neville going on and on about why we are upset. We are upset because the ref has allowed Newcastle players to wrestle us to the ground without us getting anything and when Gordon falls over, it is a free kick. And how Jolinton did not get booked is anyone's guess. Neville was making up story that is it up to the ref's discretion to book or not ... wtf!

Nunez has to start finishing some of these chances, there needs to be more variation, its not everytime he needs 3-4 to finish one, sometimes just finish your first one.

When are the club going to stand up for themselves regarding the Anthony Taylor situation?

We have had enough chances to score, better chances than previous games I'd say. Bad finishing letting us down.

Trent and Szoboszlai having a contest on who can fuck up more passes?

Get Salah off pens, completely off the boil after missing that.

Virgil, Jones, Endo and Gomez have been good.

Refs a c*nt last 10-15 mins.

Still people will claim Taylor isn't bent.
The PGMOL try and fix games with all the little decisions not the big ones (spurs aside but look at the heat that brought them.)
Joelinton will get a yellow in the last 5 minutes after fouling all match.

Feels like a 0-0 or 0-1 incoming with us being again completely incapable of taking our chances when on top. Not helped by a ref who completely shit the bed.
Would maybe like to see Mac for Dom and, of course,  a Jots cameo to win it 😁

Salah should put his ego aside and retire from penalty duties. Nunez can’t finish and his becoming a liability.

We make it so hard for ourselves, it’s just typical at this point.

Need Jota on, the only one who can finish the chances.

Their offside goal looked tighter than ours. Thank goodness Isak was off, else we’d be in real trouble.

Very similar to the United game, all the possession, but we’re nowhere near clinical.

And, as always, the ref is trying to make it about himself. Fucking dreadful.

So you can wrestle someone to the ground and it's ok so long as you haven't stopped a promising attack. Are they making shit up when we are playing now?

Also "Jurgen will be angry at his players" No Ratboy, he's clearly fucked off at the ref.

Seems like the type of game for Jota. Lots of snatched chances that he seems to put away.

2-0 incoming

No sympathy for the club.

They've allowed a sitatuon where we've got a Manchester ref every week and we put up with it.

Feel sorry for Klopp and the players but we can't win a league with this situation.
