That was a great goal! He showed excellent technique in getting the ball under control and pulling the shot off so quickly.
£15m? It seems low, but what people have to remember is that the fee is irrelevant.

I always thought that he would make it here as he always looked a step above the other youngsters.
Glad he's doing well now.

The above video was blocked in the US, but easy to find on YT

Signed for Birmingham on a free after a successful good few years with Bilbao.

Strange transfer but what a bargain. I suppose it’s the ‘Jude Bellingham’ effect proving Birmingham is a place with world class coaching...

Coached and developed by the hipsters choice of manager Carlo Lombardi at Bilbao no less, he’s sure still got a lot to offer at Birmingham.

Just a few matches (3, if Wikipedia is correct) short of 400 appearances in ten years with the Club he joined in 2005 as a 6 year old.  Scored almost 40 goals for them, appeared in four Cup (or Supercopa) Finals, and picked up 7 senior caps for Spain.

Nice to see one of our former youth/reserve players go on to prosper at a good level and enjoy a decent career.

The best is yet to come, you'd hope.
If I were a linesman, I would execute defenders who applauded my offsides.
