i felt the first yellow was a touch harsh, as a ref i think you need to give the player more than 3 seconds to move away from the ball and van dijk was clever. the second yellow is a stonewall yellow i dont know why they are all making out like it was a foul with no counter attack on.

Gomez played well when he came on but I’m not sure how he got MOTM over Ali. Some outstanding saves by Ali today have been the platform for us to be able to win that.
