Depends on your service provider really.
Very rarely that I get too slow DL or too long ping to stream anything. 4G in Finland that is.

edit: lubuntu+tvheadend+kodi refusing to connect now :? so down to watching the match on laptop... kodi working for others?

I think we've played well, back three and Moreno especially, we just look a bit nervy, which I suppose is understandable.  Should be leading, Sturridge looking good.

if you have the phoenix plugin it should be on there

I've just tried a couple and they worked
go into phoenix plugin then phoenix tv. sports, live games events, live football games
I tried a few of the bein ones and they worked ok for me
check later as it's still showing last nights games in the listing

beIN Sports have a few different regions, don't they? This one's on MENA - Middle East and North Africa - so we'll have to make sure it's the right BeIN channel too for Kodi.
