Take a YouTube link, like so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWtdmk4Rv5k

Convert it so it looks like this: http://www.youtube.com/v/HWtdmk4Rv5k (Deleting the watch? and the =)

Then click the flash tags on the full reply button (the italic f in a red circle), change the size number to 500,400 and you get this:

Click share on the track you wanna include, then choose the flash tab and copy the embed code at the bottom, it should look like this:

Cut the url (red bit above) from the value attribute and paste it inside the flash tags supplied by pressing this button   Then set the width to 500px and leave the height as it is.

It's a deliberate ploy to keep us older posters from expressing our views, making it more technical means that we don't have a chance to post a video.

Can’t work it out, I’m not sure Flash has ever been enabled for iPhone, not in recent times anyway, but never used to be a problem. I’ve tried downloading different browsers rather than Safari but they don’t work either

Yeah, I answered after having a look as a test on mine, it's not something I need day to day. But I've just checked on chrome on my iPhone and the videos still didn't show.

Isn't is disabled on all Apple products? Adobe Flash is no longer supported? That doesn't help me understand why I can still see some people's embedded YT clips...........but not when I post my own..........even though I'm using the exact same flash = 400,300 and the /v/ thing, etc...

There are a number of you tube links in the new REM thread,  however the links just appear for me as the URL? And neither take me to yountube or have the you tube image to click on and play the vid.

I view Rawk via Safari and was messing around on this newly purchased I pad the other night to try and stop adverts popping up.
