Honestly if you think he's "great" you're a try hard nerd quite frankly. He's alright. Nice touch, usually reliable in tight spaces (not today or for a while), that's it. He's miles away from being a starting midfielder for a title-winning team.

Poor, lost so many duels, so few decisive plays. How Salah got 90 minutes I do not know

The last few minutes Palace players who'd started were beating our subs to the ball.

At one point a Palace defender chested the ball down in his own six yard box and booted the ball away,
there wasn't a Liverpool player within three yards. At home, in a title race, when losing 1-0, with a few minutes to go.

Our midfielders have been forced to play too many games, MacAllister and Endo are cooked.
But the players coming back have come back too late to get up to speed. Jota looked miles off it.

First of all, fair play to Palace. Thought they were excellent. Really nullified us and some fantastic last ditch tackles.

Liverpool tho. Once again, Klopp set the team up wrong again, and our mindset going into games is pure laziness or arrogance. Why does it take us to be 1-0 down to get going. Unfortunate not score our chances, but football is about the scoreboard. Too many players looked tired, which resulted in a poor performance.

Honestly most deflated I've felt in a long time.

I don’t think we were that bad, I don’t think we played well either. Had we scored half of our big chances and we would have won both this and Utd’s game. Offensively we have to improve finishing but the real problem is our defense, 3 against Atalanta and Palace could have also scored more. Carragher clearly doesn’t know the difference between a missed chance and a great tackle/save.
