I'm happy for him! He walked off the field too. ;)

Good cameo and didn't look out of touch with the rest after being out for so long. We'd need him against Chelsea.

Injected some real quality in the last ten minutes.

I'd 100% start him against Chelsea, before he dismantles again.

He looked lively but the midfield from today starts for Chelsea again for me. I'd rather give him 20 minutes and slowly work him up to 90 in 10 minute increments.

I hope Naby and Fab being back will allow Thiago to be more involved in play as being stuck out wide is not a position to best use the lad's talent. Needs must with injuries but a more mobile Thiago will be good I think, especially with forward thinking players like Naby and Fab.

Thiago was stuck out wide?

When I "stuck out wide" he was on the right of midfield, he didn't always stay there but that was his general starting position I think.

Maybe in defensive positions he was wide sometimes but that's what we generally ask of our midfielders. I thought he was pretty central in posession most of the game and his average position suggests so too.

I wasn't sure where Naby was really back when he came on, and then he did one of his step overs. Welcome back Naby!

Everyone has been fairly pining for Jota, but Keita is just as much of a difference maker, if only he can stay fit.

As always, the key is can he help out when we really need him.

Id happily sacrifice any signing this summer (bar a centreback) for Keita to remain injury free.

To be honest, if Keita can remain fit, we will have absolutely no need of signing another midfielder in the summer, especially with the way Jones is progressing ...

It will be good to have him playing till the next round of internationals when the mentalists in Guinea will break him again.

He really does provide that forward thrust we sorely lack nowadays.

He looked on a different plane when he came on for his brief cameo, bright and incisive, his first thought is always to drive forwards. A fit and health keita (is that a paradox!?) could make all of the difference not only this year but going forwards. The midfield balance with his world class cut and thrust, Thiago's visionary passing and Fab at his destructive best would be a site to behold! Throw in Hendo's passing range and pressing and Jones rapid emergence we could have a really strong midfield with proper depth and options.

Fingers crossed they are all fit and ready for next season, with this team and the added depth I am confident we would win the league next season. Going to be beautiful, as most will have written us off as a one season wonder, get our full team back with a pre-season and we will wreak havoc next season  8)

Thought the whole point of bringing him on against SU was so he can play longer vs Chelsea.

I wanted Jota and Keita at half time, not going to lie

Klopps decisions from tactics to subs were baffling today. You’re chasing a game and you bring on a 35 year old midfielder who has next to zero creativity in him when you’re looking to break a team down. Even if it wasn’t keita bring on shaqiri who has his moments with his passing.

Not being considered a viable option at any stage today is a pretty damning indictment of the coaching team's faith in him.

His cameo against Sheffield United was encouraging yet he doesn't get a sniff tonight. How Milner, Gini and Ox were deemed better when we were devoid of ideas is amazing. If he was crap at his last outing OK, but he looked sharp and wanted to take players on and get forward. Might as well not even put him on the bench if Milner and the Ox get on before him.

The only lack of faith they have in him, is the ability to stay fit.

Klopp is a nice man/human being and a wonderful manager. His choices are limited though, but being an honest person it gets a bit stupid..
It’s not even about individuality, it’s about the team. Our game was based on his controlling of the tempo. Squeeze the life out of the opposition and then strike. That is our game. Like a pack of pythons.

We’ve barely lost a game when he’s started and he gives us much more attacking influence in games than what we currently have now. It’s getting him on the pitch for a run of games which is the problem. Fabinho, Henderson, Keita is our best midfield (except for games against top 6 opposition) when everyone’s fit.

Yeah, I refuse to believe that's what Klopp meant.  Please someone post a video or audio of this.  Not to say that I didn't want to see Naby as well but choosing Milner or Ox over him is kind of splitting hairs.  Now if it was Cain or some other U23 player then sure.
