It's not the firestick or device you are watching it on, it's because you are streaming. You will need to go to a sat or cable feed.
Any "live" broadcast into your home will not truly be live, despite what Martin Tyler says. There will be some latency in sending a signal from the ground to a satellite, then your dish receiving it back. Maybe up to a few seconds for sky tv. Listen to radio 5 (via a radio) and it will be ahead of the sat tv feed.
ISPTV has to go through more nodes as it is streamed, and probably encoded. 30 seconds behind sky feed is OK. My isptv is ahead of goal alerts on FotMob app etc, but I have used slower ones and I just turn off the notification's.
