Arteta won as many titles as Klopp, Klopp cannot be that special, you know the drill
I can understand that aspect of the discussion to an extent, it's a relevant point. But I don't think the "meaningless" shout regarding City stands.

It's all a fucking horrible situation isn't it mate. For every diving c*nt in Arsenal Grealish trumps the lot.

I don't why people keep saying this, where does this notion come from?
If they win this league it's gonna be written in history that they won four on the trot - who the fuck wants that stat?

and how did they win it ? everyone will remember City cheated.

The only supporters they will attract are those that will walk away if the shit hits the fan. Until the fans in this country wake up, they will keep on cheating and plucky Arsenal winning the league allows them to cheat - they'll pump more money into the club if they lose this season and will just get stronger and stronger. They need removing from the game.

They do … but what’s the mechanism for that? … it doesn’t exist
They’ll get punished for the 115 but it’ll be a bump in the road

Sadly them winning constantly is what wins over fans.
We don’t have a world wide fan base because we’ve got a good song and people love north west of England cities … it’s the winning that breeds fandom
There are more and more kids in city shirts now - you think most of them care about over spending on players?  that direction of travel is only one way. And fans that dismiss or remind me of how everyone dismissed them when they were buying Robinho

All we have - the only recourse - is them losing on the pitch

It’s a small time, tribalistic way of thinking.

I just don’t understand preferring a cheating sportswashing club to win it over a legitimate club.
You cannot call overseas Liverpool supporters glory hunters. We’ve won one trophy this decade. If they’re glory hunters, they’re really bad ones. They’re actually journey hunters. It’s the journey and the story. Something about Liverpool has grabbed them." - Neil Atkinson (May, 2019)

How many will even mention the cheating once they're holding up the trophy? No one on Sky will even acknowledge the 115 charges against them.

If only. Hardly anyone acknowledges as things are. Even if the charges stick no one knows if what they’ve done will be erased so it’s not meaningless or irrelevant now and may not be as far as most people are concerned, so toss argument doesn’t hold much water with me

Arsenal winning a title won’t stop City. City will continue to cheat and spend beyond their means, even if there’s a hiccup every few years.

It’s up to the FA / PL to fix their mistakes (spoiler: they won’t).

There's cheating, and then there's Cheating.Every team could adopt the Arsenal model, only Newcastle can go down the City road.

I don't normally care who wins any trophy, if it's not the Reds, then fuck it. States like those that own City and Newcastle are about more than just football rivalry, it's a battle for the soul of the sport, re those two teams.

Who cares what others think? That's the problem here, far too many people get annoyed about what others think. We know it's not true and that's the only thing which matters.

I don't care what others think, but the media narrative, which the sheep who do care (LFC and non LFC) will take the stance that Klopp wasn't that special after all, Arteta won the League against a City side with Haaland in it, so all the whinging about City cheating is just that, whinging, blah blah blah.

Look at how Everton are getting away with murder over their finances

People will point to the spending by arsenal too but they are probably a spending the amount of money a side competing for the title should do nowadays. I’m sure if Klopp wasn’t operating on a shoestring budget as well he’d have managed to pip City more than just the once

A proper football clu, with a few dislikable players who have got a lot of luck this season, or a corrupt bunch of cheats. I know who I’d rather win the title as a football fan

Brereton Diaz would be a smart pickup for a bottom half PL team next season. Scored a fair chunk of goals for an abysmal Sheffield United team since joining in January.
