our 2 cards missed out in the sale on Friday due to basket being emptied issue. Do we think there will be a returns sale?

Just booked on the Sports Options day trip from Manc land.

Just been looking at the Metro system in Porto and it looks the dogs bollocks. Line 'E' of the Metro runs straight from Airport to City centre and then all the way to the stadium too.

Takes about half hour total from Stadium to Airport and Trams run until 00:50 weeknights too which is great news for getting back to Airport after the game.

Looks like the tram stop closest to Praca da Liberdade (Liberty Square) is either Aliados or Sao Bento. The main tram stop about 10 min walk from Liberty square is called Trindade which is a stop on all metro lines.

Yeah that’s true mate.

If you don’t want to run the gauntlet of finding coaches and sitting in traffic etc the metro is only a couple of euro.

Just been chatting to the guy at Sports Options and he wishes he had just binned the coaches off as the metro is that easy.

Anyhow, it’s another option for anyone day tripping

So. Ticket from the 2 sale arrived this morning but not the ticket from the 3 sale even though I got separate emails for both yesterday and the missing ones tracking number is coming up as an error on the royal mail website. FML

Well it could be Royal Mail but not very likely, have you tried to call RM and see if they can find them?

Picking up ours on sunday before Spurs - Shithouse ticket office wouldnt let my mate pick ours up before West Brom because he got there too close to kick off at 19:15..

Forgot to say they were both sent yesterday on special delivery guaranteed before 1pm. Going to wait and see if it turns up tomorrow. If not will get on to RM.

my tickets arrived yesterday and I had a email the day before. Just collected them now from the post office as I was on route to Huddersfield yesterday. There very small about membership card size.

Just phoned ticket office and asked them to post my tickets. Was going to collect before Spurs game but never got there as I had to miss game at last minute.

They said it's too late to post them. I'm not going until next Tuesday!!

Said I've got to ring back next Monday and they MIGHT arrange for me to collect over there.

Don't mind collecting over there but don't like the sound of the "might"

Anyone else had this problem with collection before?

Why dont they just say yes we can but if they fail to reach you on time then the liability is with you etc?!

Hope you get it sorted - anyone else who can get to the ground to collect for you? assuming the ticket office would allow that?!

I didn't collect mine for Maribor. They will just take it over with the non UK supporters tickets for collection on the day. Happens automatically. I got an email telling me.

the lead customer or anyone with a ticket in the purchase can pick up from anfield with ID and details, if not, you can pick up over there as tiger tony said, ive done that no problem !

It wasn't Jeanette in Ticket Office was it? She is worse than useless told me Southampton away was a Champions League game not a Premiership game, when I disagreed started arguing with me when I asked to speak to someone else she refused!

Got told the same thing, never had the option to change to post when I ordered the tickets and forgot to call up until last week. My mate was able to collect yesterday with my details.
