Decided I would try lose weight/try get lean.
I'm 18, 6ft/6 ft 1
Was 14 stone 4 at the start of May, now down to 13 stone 4.
Trying to get down to 11 and a half - 12 stone
All I've down is hit the gym every other day for the last month really, 30 minutes at least on the treadmill, and ive cut out all junk foot, no crisps, chocolate or any other junk in over a month. Want to try lose another 2 stone by end of August, will be difficult, but just takes effort.
