Really did. He and Bradley were sensational given the circumstances.

Would assume he goes out on loan at the end of the month. Will be following his progress closely.

Yeah, that could have been a really thankless task really. We concede in the final ten and get beat and those subs are seen very much as Klopp's moment of surrender because he doesn't want a replay. But even if that had happened they'd put in a good enough pair of performances to prove that wasn't the case.

Don’t think he will be going out on loan this season. Needs to be here.

league, EL, league cup and League all to play for. We can’t afford to be sending midfielders out on loan.

The tactical foul he did late on when Arsenal threatened a break was real 'old head on young shoulders' stuff - even had the pundits praising it.
A Tory, a worker and an immigrant are sat round a table. There's a plate of 10 biscuits in the middle. The Tory takes 9 then turns to the worker and says "that immigrant is trying to steal your biscuit"

Tactical fouls like that to help see out a game is one of the finest things in the sport.

An amazing bit of play from him yesterday to stop the late Arsenal attack. You would expect that level of quality from an experienced player but for him to be so streetwise already is an excellent side. As good a foul as you will ever see, excellent play.

I was working so didn't watch the game just followed it from the Comms on here.

My first thought when I read they were coming on was it'll either flummox arteta into a defeat as he'll have very little info on them and Jürgen doesn't want a draw.

Good for them both as they're now part of an FA cup win, coming on as subs to change the game.

Bravo Jürgen 👌

If  he's like his Dad he'll be extremely skillful but lack a wee bit of pace.
He'll win the league in the next 3 years. Quote me on that.
Quote me on this, but come next season he'll be great for us. Just needs to remove the walking headless chicken next to him

He is next in line to get minutes and he'll get chances if he keeps at it.
Klopp does so well with young players getting into the squad. Trent, Caoimhin, Curtis, Harvey, Jarell, Bajcetic, Bradley all properly part of the squad already now and then we have Doak, Gordon, Clark, Beck, Mcconell waiting to get in. That's a pretty deep list of homegrown talents that look like they maybe at the required level. Cant remember the last time we had so many good prospects who did well when called upon.

If he comes to be as good as his dad we've done extremely well i think, remember rating Lee Clark highly at the time.

Fingers crossed.

He's not the quickest, but he's mobile and aggressive with good technical ability.   Always moved the ball well and made good decisions in the youth teams, you can see why he's broken through already.   Might see him go out on loan next season, that would really help his development.

He played across the front line and in midfield for the youth teams but I think he's settling into a midfield spot.  He's an 8 for me now.

I read recently that when he became disaffected with Newcastle, Terry Mac, who goes back a long way with his dad, was key in getting him to us.  Nice to hear an old ledge still impacting and helping out!

Agree. He's ready. I was worried he would be lightweight but he stood his ground and settled things down

Looked nervous (understanably) on his first few outings but looks like he's gaining confidence, if he can replicate his form from the U18/U21 we'll have a hell of a player

I get the hype now. Excellent when he came on, did a very reasonable Curtis Jones impression and made the drop off from losing Gravenberch less noticeable.
