Met King Kenny the other week at the Football Hall of Fame do at the Echo Arena. Had a chat in the toilets as you do! A legend really approachable. I must have too much to drink because I understood every word he said :o

Flew with (same plane) Yossi last Thursday Copenhagen - Manchester (after Israel game)

Some Danish (i guess) guy rushed up to shake his hand while his mate congratulated him on his goal

First Danish Guy said "what goal" - Liverpool haven't played for 10 days

Yossi smiled patiently - seemed a good lad

Maybe he was referring to his goal for Israel against Latvia?

Although why he's be coming back from Copenhagen is anyone's guess. Probably didn't fancy the direct flight from Riga to JLA with all the stag parties...

live in a little shitehole of a town called maesteg

anyway, my missus came home one day and said ''there was this woman in the queue in Aldi today, big hat on, and sunglasses, but it was pissing down with rain outside''

apparantley, she was short as fuck. and that's my missus saying that, 5 foot and a squirt.

FACT

Kylie Minouge visits her uncle in Maesteg, Ron Riddiford, on a REGULAR basis!

I reckon Ron asked her to nip down to Aldi to pick up a packet of fags or something!

Was sat at the traffic lights in my mates car, staring out the window and Tim Cahill drove up next to us. Took me too long to cotton on who it was to give him a middle finger or anything. Looks like a c*nt in person.

The wife saw Gary McAllister in the foundry restaurant leeds on friday night having dinner with Ken Bates .
I jokingly sent her a text to tell Gary Mac thanks for giving me some top memories (everton , uefa cup, F.A. cup etc ).
She only went and showed him the text after he'd eaten, she said he was really made up after reading it and it was his privelidge to play for us.
Whatever we are , we are , whatever we will be is yet to be written .

A while back I met Torres, Im sure it was after that interview him and King Kenny done for the newspaper, seen him crossing the road him and his mrs, just looked at him and put me hand out to him, he was kind enough to shake it like, I was buzzin for the rest of the week.

Seen Dossena outside sainsburys on old hall street with his mrs the otherday.

And was crossing the road down in west derby and Rafa pulled up at the lights.

But to be honest I made a right mistake the other day poped into sayers for me pasty, walkin back to work having a good munch with me tunes goin on the ipod like, bumped into some fella "woaaa sorry mate"

"eyyee its alright"

Fucking King Kenny

would have offerd him some pasty but i was just like....shit King Kenny!!!

Met a load of the legends when they were over in Guernsey for a game last year......Aldo, Gary Mac, Alan Kennedy, Big Jan, Waarky, Nigel Spackman, John Durnin, Brucie, Jason McAteer, Rob Jones, Mike Marsh....ok, not all quite legends but all really approachable and liked a beer at the dinner that was organised.....only one who was a bit "off" was Brucie, seemed a strange bloke and like he didn't really want to be there. Gary Mac was a true gent, really class act, time for everyone and really seemed honoured to have played for us, even if only briefly.
Fernando Torres, Liverpool's no. 9. His armband proved he was a red, Torres, Torres, you'll never walk alone it said, Torres, Torres, we bought the lad from sunny Spain, he gets the ball and scores again, Fernando Torres, Liverpool's no. 9.
