What was the issue today then? You had an estimated time not a guaranteed one. It sounds like there were that few tickets available that those who got in straight away either got sorted or spent time on the site refreshing trying to see if some more popped up. Just because you didn't get in and didn't get a ticket doesn't mean there was an issue. Before you say it as well I've had issues with Ticketmaster before where it just spent hours 'searching' for tickets and carried on long after the event I wanted to go to had sold out and I generally try to avoid it at all costs and go to the event venue's ticket site instead as they tend to be a lot quicker.
I got 5min queue time after 6-7min it was down to 1min. But the site froze and I was stuck at 1min for 10+ min.
Meanwhile I was stuck, another browser was connected that had a 14mun wait.
The tickets aren’t for me but I find it very frustrating that there’s always something with the site. I got all kop tickets during both bulk sales and complain there. But reading about people getting kicked out with kop tickets in their baskets and ending up with U1 instead.
But perhaps the club can’t be criticised and me and everyone else should just be happy to be part of the LFC family??
