I don't think this is as hard as its being made out to be. It's just less about already knowing a variety of brilliant players and more about not being lazy and searching for players that fit the criteria.

The skill is in which order you select which category you're chosinng from

Its quality this one you know. I was absolutely convinced I had a cracker of a relegated player, but just couldn't find the proof and it turns out he was a year out. But looking for that proof stumbled me onto one of the best strikers ever, who was a fucking point away from being relegated.

I've been sensible with my shortlist for Never won a trophy. Like Intertoto Cup, I'd say nah its not a major trophy.

Is there? I've got a list of five or six top tier players in that category and two of those had been taken by the time it was my turn. I'd like to see who've got down afterwards to see who I've missed out.

I don't blame you, Hazell. A great pick in that category. I was keeping everything crossed no-one had noticed Laudrup got relegated. But obviously with you pros there's no chance

I still might have chosen Hagi though. Second only to Zizou in the non-Liverpool loving stakes for me.

Doesn't affect anyone else, just lets you leave it open for a few different categories. I've got one bloke who can go in four different categories. As long as I've sorted all of my categories at the end, it doesn't matter when you decide who fits in where as long as they do.
