Don't think I'd be enjoying much about this season if I was a Luton fan. Great achievement to be here in the first place but it could be realistic they only get 6-9 points.

I'm still dreading going there. Will be on edge until we're a couple of goals up because fuck dropping points to them  ;D

No it won't

A league being won easily every season by the same team won't damage a brand that promotes itself on competitiveness? I suppose it depends how strongly the word damage is being used.

The PL will be hoping they come back to the rest of the pack once baldy's gone, which is probably likely anyway. Plus by then the new sportswashers in town will be able to run them close anyway

It’s too bad that the league cup starts this week otherwise Rodri would’ve missed games against Arsenal and Brighton. As it is the only key game he’ll miss now is Arsenal.

I appreciate that City have won every game pretty much at a canter so far, and yeah they are definitely favorites for the league, but I do feel the level of despair about it is a little overblown.

I mean I don't think they've had any results I wouldn't expect of them nor what I would expect of them for the last 10 years or so.

People talk of them as if it is the best they have ever been, and I think they look pretty much as good as they have always been (which is near perfect).

They'll likely walk the league, but I think it's more because we aren't ready to challenge than anything

Forest on top and making the extra player count. Abu Dhabi still look comfortable though because Forest don't have any ideas to create a decent chance.

While they probably won't be enjoying this season beyond the novelty factor, I am sure they will appreciate it far more in hindsight when a season in the pl plus parachute payments pays for their new stadium.

Forrest could play until tomorrow and take about 2 or 3 more players off City and they still wouldn’t score. They’re either kicking the ball off of the heels of City players or they’re pinging balls calmly into Ederson’s arms completely unchallenged. Absolutely toothless.

Adding end product to his game. Someone really for us to keep an eye on and how he develops.

Had absolutely no idea he was 23, thought he was 27/28 by now but I'm pretty sure I'm getting him mixed up with Podence who also had very little end product. Suppose that means he can still get himself a good move in the next couple of years if he carries on doing well.

Trossard underwhelmed in front of goal for a while (unless he was playing against us) and now at like 29 YO he looks like Arsenal's best player outside of Saka.
