To be honest, not much has changed in my eyes. I have accepted that we really do need to move away from Anfield if we want a larger capacity. Its all very well saying we can expand the current site to the required 55,000, but what do we do then when we need to expand futher in the future? The current site will not meet our needs in that case.
The new design doesnt appear too bad to me now, providing what Rick Parry said about there being a large Kop stand. If the corners were filled in it would look bloody decent. I think a 60,000 seater stadium with the corners filled in would be the way to go.
