Nice picks on Medvedev and Paire.

I don't know much about Shapovalov but was surprised Medvedev wasn't favourite, helped bump up the odds though. Paire going along nicely, was tempted to add Khachanov, but decided against.

Would never normally suggest backing Lara Arruabarrena vs Ostapenko but she looks superior at the moment, 13/8.  Lara 6-2 @ 14/1 is tempting me.

I think Nadal is brilliant. One of the top 10 ever.

Tell me about it, not one of my picks started!

i'm on; Berd, Mannarino, Kohls, Struff, Kasatkina, Coco V, Pavlyuchenkova, Flipkens + Putintseva. 25/1 or so.

Putintseva at 1/1 is great value imo, in bad form but against an absolute no mark she should eat up with ease.

also on

Dimitrov, Kyrgios, Mannarino and Shuai Zhang all to win set 1 either 6-0, 6-1 or 6-2. 150/1.

Fognini is near evens a set down to Travaglia but I hate backing him odds on. Do think those odds are good though.

Kyrgios you nob.

4/5 on fog to win set 2 is more appealing than evens on the match.

Get on Baghdatis inplay quick peeps, 1/1 looks like he's all over Taylor Fritz.

Marcos has been getting off over the past couple of years and losing to players he shouldn't BUT he still has that fight and touch to win matches and seems to be on it today.

shittest shout ever, just got broken to love. 11/2 on the set :D

Kyrgios takes set 2 6-1, f**king typical.

Shocking outing from Berankis yesterday, i'm sure he used to be half decent.

Gone for Dolgo today @ 16/5 against Berdych. If he's not involved in a match fix then he's got a great chance of doing Berdych.

Shuai Zhang to win 6-1 @ 7/1

In the men's i wouldn't back against Nadal, as he specialises so much on clay, i'd take more of a chance in the women's, go for a bit of an outsider, over 10/1.

Also, looking at past winners of the Women's title, it's so random, so few players have dominated unlike you get at say Wimbledon sometimes, different winner every year.

I can't believe Londero isn't favourite against Gasquet. Gasquet's hardly played any matches this year, withdrew in Lyon last week and needed treatment on his back in the first round.

Mahut looks massive odds today, evens to win a set looks a solid addition to an accumulator

Mahut won his first tour level match since last year's US Open in the first round, but these no mark French players sure do love playing out their skin here; see Corentin Moutet.

Actually going for another women's game today ;D

Linette to win a set against Osaka. Odds of around 8/11. Didn't watch it but Osaka apparently didn't impress and Linette isin good form.

What a crazy US open i’m having. First acca 5er on to win 580. Cashes at 62. Wakes up next day its won. Shit. Next day got 6/10. Nowhere near. Wednesday rained off. Yesterday i had a 5er on for 860 and struff not winning a set let me down. He was up in 2 TBs. Then carreno bustas just blown 5 set points so tonights dead. Moral is dont cash out ever. I never usually do either
