Spurs want their team to lose
United are a joke that wont be fixed in a summer
Chelsea will improve but can’t defend and have major ffp troubles
Newcastle are likely to lose one of their best players for ffp
Villa’s ceiling is 4th and will struggle to do it again like Newcastle last season.
Weve finished above all these teams 2 years running and it’s likely that they wont improve. It's looking good for us.

Though automated offsides surely should stay.I agree that the refs are the issue. You can just tell watching them or listening to the excuse fest by Webb, that they are not strong enough, intelligent enough, fit enough, have enough gravitas and integrity to create a refereeing governance fit for the level of the premier league. A good refereeing model would have rules, regulation and a team of refs strong enough to be believable and logical in their approach. It doesn’t have to be as complex or controversial as they are making it.
