Mate who had a ST Forwarded to him couldn't get in. He asked a steward why he couldn't see a code and  was told it's invisible::)

Luckily another steward checked his account and let him in

Couldn't he just scan the NFC?

Probably been asked a million times but here goes: have they got rid of distribute now? Trying to pass on a WHU ticket for Wednesday and only have forward available to click.
If I were a linesman, I would execute defenders who applauded my offsides.

You have to be a 13+ member, and if you are you can only distribute 2 tickets, after that you have to forward them.

How would I get a ticket for the West Ham game to someone not on our F&F list?

If you're a 13+ you can distribute it by email.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Or create a new supporter ID and add your account to their F&F

I can't see an option to do that by email.
Or create a new supporter ID and add your account to their F&F
The lad I want it to go to has his own ID but is not on the F&F drop down list.

Someone suggested distributing it to my son who is on the F&F list, the person logs in as my son and downloads the ticket. But my son is going on a separate ticket and I wouldn't want it all to be fucked up if one gets an error message or something.

There should be the option to distribute or forward. Use distribute if you want to email it to someone.

Our NFC updated with Leeds game and not West Ham.
When logging in on the account it shows West Ham but not the seats we booked.
Had main stand upper but now L5 is showing instead.

Anyone had this issue? Guess i need to contact the club tomorrow and see whats happening.

My pass has yet to update for tonight, does anyone know what the procedure is to get the pass updated? Do you have to go to the ticket office?

Thanks

Can we just stick it in the title of the thread at this point?

Having personally doled out the "The game doesn't need to be showing for the pass to work" line a thousand times on here, I finally experienced it as Brighton was still showing for the Rangers game.

Worked fine.

I could not be arsed with wolves showing on my card though mate. From past experience no one at the ground offers you help.

With this in mind I think you can refresh on apple but with android you have to go into your LFC account and just click download the nfc, it then refreshes the existing nfc. I done it last night and west ham straight away on card.

I had a look at this:

https://faq.liverpoolfc.com/portal/en/kb/articles/my-nfc-pass-hasn-t-updated-with-the-next-game

Brilliant, thanks, that's worked for me. First time it hasn't automatically updated so wasn't sure how to do it.

I was the same mate, once it starts getting within 24 hours you start thinking it's a ticket office queue job outside the ground. Thankfully that seems to work.

Is this from the club though or has it worked once for one person? It may mislead people who rely on it and then it does not work when they try and get in the ground. If it is legit then bang it at the top of the thread by all means

It should always work. The NFC pass on the phone works the same a bank card using NFC. If a credit is on the account the light goes green at the ground.
The update is simply the club pushing out the next game details, which is literally just changing the text in your phone wallet, there is no change to what credits are on your account.

It would be great if we had a FAQ but it would need some compiling, so I'd encourage people to be patient with each other and keep assisting :)

Besides, there seems to be so many little glitches and quirks people (including myself) will continue to ask random questions.

This place is great for almost all answers though.

The barcode isnt showing in apple wallet anymore on season tickets now for me and my ticket was in expired passes for some reason ive refreshed it and its showing leeds now like but no barcode still usually is when you click the three dots in the top right corner?

Have the clib got rid of that on purpose because people could screenshot the barcode to get in

its possible, but its still there on my members pass, surely they would be trying to roll it out to everyone?

Is there supposed to be no QR code on the general admission pass? Downloaded one for someone and it doesn’t show any? I haven’t forwarded them the ticket yet though if that is the reason?

there is no barcode / QR code on my General Admission NFC pass, this may be because the barcode / Qr code contains details of match ticket (seat details turnstyle etc..)

Anyone have any experience of the NFC pass just completely disappearing from iPhone after receiving a forwarded season ticket game? Not in expired passes, just completely gone?
