A lot of our bad results this season have nothing to do with the officials - the last 2 games being good examples.

It's fine to have a dislike of referees, but it sounds like you're actively looking for it and now pre-empting it every single game.

How was the the refereeing when we beat Palace 7-0 or Chelsea 2-0? How about when we beat Wolves 4-0, the 3-0 versus Arsenal or the 3-0 against Leicester? Or when we won 26 of our first 27 last season?

Not sure those games happened. We haven't laid a glove on anyone this season.

OK, didn't mean that to be a snide response to Caligula. But I just wanted to say that there have been games we've played very well in this season. (This isn't at you keyop, but at the negativity in this thread).

Think this should called off and we should be awarded 3 points to be honest.

With Covid protocols, someone should know that Manchester United  have violated that and allowed both teams a potential risk for Covid.

With that in mind, they should cancel the match and awards us the points.

They won't though..

Because TV companies rule the world. They would go apeshit if this game was canceled.

No media are being allowed through the gates as normal until the situation is cleared.
It is understood the Premier League, who have a compliance officer on site, do not belief there is an issue about the game going ahead from a purely coronavirus perspective as there was no admission to dressing rooms.

Spot on, without a doubt. Had this been a game at a much lower level, it wouldn't go ahead. The away team or the officials and ground staff could even refuse to take part.

But as you say, whatever Channel is showing this, will have the final say. Nothing else matters in footy now other than money.

It's mental.

'Yeah, just thought I'd login to rawk and tell everyone on the pre match thread that I can't be arsed and I think we'll probably lose'

This is a big game no matter what the circumstances or what's at stake. What is it with some of our fans?

Sorry, but I think that's disingenuous. Regardless of the reason, it's pretty telling that a lot of people can't really bothered and don't fancy our chances, and I think that's worth talking about. Does RAWK discourage it? Also the result of the game (if that's what you mean when you refer to its importance) has nothing to do with people's attitude towards it.

Not true.

NBC had their commentators there and filmed the whole thing live. They went split screen with the protests and the New/Ars match.

So some media were already in the ground.

Edit: as for the Corona virus..you mean the players won't be using the pitch? The protesters were also into the stands, the bench area, and climbed onto the goal.
