Ahh, I've just caught up with the Kenwright news.

That's really sad. I'm sorry to hear it.

All joking and rivalry aside, he seemed like a really decent and genuine man.

That's terrible news.

All jokes aside, from the outside it was obvious to anyone looking in that he was only ever interested in doing the right thing and loved that club. Definitly didn't deserve the vitriol that went his way and I hope that people keep a civil tongue in their mouths in the coming days.

Seemed like a really nice fella. Absolute shite the dogs abuse he got off some so-called Everton fans. Not sure he made all the right decisions, but his heart seemed in the right place.

He was incredible to the families of the Hillsborough disaster victims and what he said during memorial services transcends any rivalry. It's a sad day for Everton football club and the city.

'You've not just taken on the wrong city but you've taken on the wrong mum's. We all know about Liverpool mums because they will fight for their kids and their families '

Very sad news. Like others have said, he always acted with complete integrity towards us on the things that really matter. The blues might have been frustrated with him at times, but there's no doubt he always did what he believed was best for Everton FC.

I am absolutely devastated to hear of the passing of Bill Kenwright, aka, Uncle Bill.

Bill was a huge part of Bradley’s fundraising journey. He donated £200,000.00 to Brad’s campaign to access treatment abroad.
That money then went into my baby’s amazing charity, on Uncle Bill say so.

He was an amazing gentleman, who went above and beyond to help me and my family after Bradley went with the angels, Bill made sure we had time to grieve away from media, and whisked my whole family away so we could spend time together without intrusion.

I had many long chats with Bill, always asking his advice, he was one in a million.

I will never forget what he did for us ❤️

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this very sad time.

Bradley will be waiting with his arms open ready to give you a big cuddle, like he did the first time he met you. Fly high Bill 😢

Sad news, a proper Evertonian , I was at the Hillsborough memorial service he spoke at.

Was always supportive during Hillsborough campaign.

I know we used to take the mickey but he was a true blue.
