Very surprised at numerous Coutinho mentions.

Only 12 months until Neymar says he has Barca DNA and Liverpool are enslaving him, etc.

I'd go as far as saying there is more chance of Fordy, Kate Price, Myself, and Brentie being on the Committee in 2020 than Coutinho being here.

I would go with,
 
Lovren (hoping he comes good for us - he has it in there somewhere)
Sturridge (as long as he stays fit)
Lallana (same as Lovren)
Hendo (he isn't Gerrard but he is Hendo)
Ibe (hope he reaches potential and keeps his head from being turned like Sterling)

That's just who i reckon most likely not who i wish.

i would say SKRTL but think he might be bit part player by then. Gerrard also in coaching role would be good with hopefully a revived Rogers at the Helm. ( i just had to get my support in there :-) )

Yep, they seem to get away with this behaviour time and time again, they use their players to tap other players up, and I'm sure it goes on at all international meet ups (I'm sure Terry and Lampard did it with Gerrard) but Barcelona players do it publicly, and repeatedly, without censure or sanction, part of the reason the whole Barcelona circle jerk of a few seasons back repelled me so much, Real Madrid are painted as the evil Dark side, and Barcelona as this paragon of fair play, they're as big, if not bigger shithouses as Madrid.

Ronaldinho already has come out and said he's got the Barca style...definitely could be a replacement for Iniesta when he retires (moreso than Xavi in the coming years, as Rakitic has already fallen into that role pretty well).

Struggling for a fifth one, but I'll go with Bajcetic, assuming injuries don't force him out. The likes of Szoboszlai, Elliott, Jones, Diaz, Nunez or Gomez are all options, as are some of the other youngsters, but it's too early to tell. Some might not be rated by the new manager, some might not be content being squad players, time will tell.

Jones and Elliott the only midfielders retained since 2019/20, Salah the only forward. That would’ve been almost as surprising as us keeping all 3 keepers and most of the defence.

I surprise myself at not picking any of the forwards.
I guess Nunez may stay as a rotation forward as we won't get a £50m+ bid fo Nunez now.

Konate, Bajčetić , Danns, Clark and Jones are likely to also stay. Alison and Trent for very different reasons are just possibles.
