They clearly matted in a more American-esque background for the Liver Building. What they did with St George's Hall is fascinating - basically doubled it up and put a huge dome in between the two buildings. Looks like they grafted in the old Custom's House.

He is over in Yorkshire filming a new Marvel series. Presume he was in Liverpool due to being a fan and probably off to a game or something

4 film trucks parked on Aigburth road today and loads of Hi-Vis lads. Think they’re probably filming in Cressington. Were there at 8am, still there at 6pm.

Yeah they are filming series 2 of Time , the show prison drama that had Stephen Graham and Sean Bean in S1. I believe this series is set in a women’s prison and features a mainly female cast.

There was some filming going on late last night in Sefton Park when we took the dog out. Big lights set up in the woods with filming taking place on the big field bordering the trees.

Some on twitter saying that John Cena and Idris Elba are filming something in the city. Cena has been taking pictures with fans in a local gym too which seems to confirm that.

Yeah, they were filming at St George’s hall yesterday. It’s called Heads of State.

Not sure yet. I saw them fence the car park off yesterday morning then the crew arrived last night. They usually film in the big villa on Croxteth Gate when they set up there. It never ceases to amaze me just how much goes into brief scenes. I wouldn't mind their money, but acting must be so boring. It's all make-up and standing around waiting for hours before doing take after take on a scene that lasts seconds on screen.

Mind you, Mrs Spion has done work as an extra in a few films, such as 51st State, and she says the money just for that can be good. A boring day, but nice money.

The wall walking fits the plot, which includes some urban free running.

Had a small job in strathcona road in Wavertree today and a quarter of the street filed with movie trucks , cameras and lots of people for the new series of the responder , guided through the lot by a woman in the street and had to slowly drive past three men on the edge of the road talking one of whom was Martin freeman

Some new Guy Ritchie project, St George's gardens and around the museums. Natalie Portman is in it I think.
