I had a long list of categories that included initials of the inspiration kick, so Robbie Keane would have been able to pick any RK, but I figured there was a lot of people where they might have been left with no options , which was lucky as I think we ended up with two that don’t have options with Zidane and Xabi.

That is what I was going off. It's way easier if you use Ft and inches.

Also, I think on official documents like player registration forms for tournaments the heights are listed in centimetres and Wiki typically use those sources.

Not really. Only found two really good ones (one was Koeman and he got taken). It's like 5 foot 11.5 inches.

Yeah same conundrum. I have a bunch of older players  in mind. Most probably can't be picked by anyone. There a 2-3 players I really need to secure to have a chance otherwise, my team just won't work.

That's the challenge really. Do you get the good enough players where you have only one good option or go for the big players first and fill the gaps as good as possible later (with the possibility you've lost the one player you've actually heard of  )?

I’d suggest it’s best to have the categories fixed at the point of selection, but I’m happy to change my mind if people broadly think they don’t mind people changing categories. Mainly  because it could impact how other people draft.

It won't change my player picks and I'll use the category for my next pick.

I had the same question about changing category too. Happy to go with whatever is decided, but I could maybe change a category for a player to fit a different player to that category. That shouldn't affect anyone else's pick.

Alright with this but should Maldini become available after the draft has started? He wasn't available to others

Oh yeah. I’m not sure if that should stand either, maybe we should say no Maldini as he’s probably have gone earlier. If people are fine for category changes then I’ll allow it then.

Love the cryarsing, tubs, with your first 3 picks being Henry, Dunga and Liam Brady. I'd vote for your team based on them alone

Slim picking at 5’5 for the same height as Diego. I decided to go with Wiki heights because some of the lists I was finding were bizarre. Verratti as the controlling ball player in midfield I can definitely live with though.
