Jellies - is that as heavy as hell? My mate has the bass version and it's lovely, but heavy - like all the good Gibsons! I tried one a few years ago but instead opted for an SG as it just sat better for me.

It's nowhere near as heavy as the bass, but it's heavy yes. Sounds and feels just like a Les Paul, just with a broader neck and heavier, so actually it's more suited for jazz and funk while the Les Paul is more for rock and metal. Though it looks like the opposite. But that's what I like about it. Looks heavy, but it's jazz as fuck!
