Looks to be the case. There are not fake as it's reported far too widely and the guy selling them on ebay is legit.

Why the fuck anybody would buy them though is another matter.

Nike are one of the biggest sportswear companies on the planet. Their designers are generally highly educated, highly paid, award winning innovators. There is nothing LFC style in that design. The Red isnt even a Liverpool red. The 'Liverbird' is clearly a griffin or similar. There is no way a designer of the calibre of those employed by Nike to work on a Lebron James product would be so naive to not do any research whatsoever or to think that that would ever sell to Liverpool fans, which would be the whole reason behind making a 'Liverpool' trainer.

Well it's being reported by pretty much every ''sneaker'' type news site out there as well as being able to order a sample pair from a guy who stocks that kind of thing on ebay. I mean why would they be fake? Kind of pointless and is there anything online that says they are fake?

Agree they are shite. One fabricated news story can be repeated and rehashed by many many others in this day and age. Especially when its a high profile name. Its not about whether i believe it or not. Look at the facts. Why has Lebrons page on the Nike page not mentioned anything about it? Because they dont exist. Why would anyone believe a 'guy on ebay' who sells such items? It will be 'the guy on ebay' who has started the whole story in an attempt to sell some hideous shite for an escalated price. Nike dont give 'scoops' to Ebay dealers.

I guess we shall see if what happens with them but I doubt the guy on ebay made up a story to sell one pair of Nike trainers. Looks to me that Logo on the back is more Lebron's logo as it features on other colour versions of these shoes, The only thing that changes is the colour and 18 trophy sole.
