Even a LeBron James prouct has to be approved by Nike and would come with all of the above. He can't just design and release shoes as he pleases.

to be fair nike probably can't put the actual liverbird or logo on any of their products due to a clash with adidas' contract, so they've had to make do with a liver... griffin or something. but who knows, maybe this shoe isn't even real anyway.
