Bayern Villarreal ballboys are ridiculous. Every time the ball even looks like going out they are recycling it way to quickly, almost 2 balls on the pitch at times.  Villarreal keeper goes to collect the ball for a goal kick and nearly gets booked because the ball boy has ran on to the pitch and place another ball on the spot ready for kick off.    Feck off.

He got a talking to as he was clearly timewasting.   There was a ball behind him as I’m sure he was aware but ambled to the corner to get one and ambled back.

If they keep this to 1-0 mid 2nd half, their timewasting will be off the scales. It’s already quite good. They will make Atletico look like amateurs.

If Bayern at home go out to this Villarreal side at home then that's a shocking result for Bayern and Nagelsmann.

Lots of pressure from Bayern but only one real clear cut chance, Villarreal looking like they might find the right break sooner or later.

Villarreal are close to Atletico levels of cheating and shithousery.

They're not even in the same ballpark. The guy going down like his head had been ripped off was the worst so far, but other than that and a bit of timewasting it wasn't really that bad. More shithousery by Lewandowski alone by kicking the defender twice and then he kept chirping at him once play had already restarted.

I always think that must almost taint your whole season when you’re a club like Bayern, who basically stroll to the league title every year.

Would be far more nervous facing Flick's Bayern than this one. Still have to be wary as they have lots of quality (if we meet them) but it'd be really disappointing if we don't make the final whoever we face. Just a shame it'll be an English team waiting if we do get there.

Well Bayern not really creating anything. Villareal will be delighted to get to half time. We just have to do a professional job tomorrow night and we will have a great chance to get to the final against either of these 2.

The Barca comeback understandably gets all the attention, but going away and winning at Bayern was such a huge statement of our quality that year.

Well they don’t have to play the match at 100Mph, which is exactly what Bayern and it would appear all of the officials want. The ball recycling is ridiculous though. The ball boys know what the mandate is, that’s for sure

The Danjuma chance looked offside to be fair, don't think it would have counted. Villarreal looked confident on the ball in those first 15 minutes but since then have just soaked up Bayern's uncharacteristically poor pressure. Yellow Submarines may just pick the right moment to go on the break and put the tie beyond them

they where timwasting from the early in the 1st half, very much the atletico ballpark, I guess they are a bit too subtle for some  ;D

Spanish teams though are the kings of it, hate playing them for their cheating more than anything.

Madrid parking the bus at home is suicidal. Sure Benzema can score and they may smash and grab a win but they have played awfully.  Annddddd there it is.

Chelsea looks so much better with Kante and Kovacic in midfield.

Guess not …

Fair play to Chelsea though. Clearly better side just actually showing it tonight.
