Can the ref not do anything about players being injured off the pitch and then creeping back on only to fall over? Two of theirs did it, Troare and Trezeguet (neither of them as good as their namesakes

Tierney just stood their gormlessly. Surely he can book them for it, it was fairly obvious what they were doing. Oh and Mings can fuck off. Running the ball out of play, seeing his mate go down injured and then claiming he put the ball out for him. Twat.

Get the fuck in. It's been a while since we scored a stoppage time winner. Fantastic stuff.

I don't know why the first half performance was criticized as much, we were solid enough to score several goals, it's not like we couldn't muster a shot on goal. Great fight in the 2nd half to get the 3 points.

For the rest of the year, every time I close my eyes, I'll see Villa players going down with an injury. It's amazing they finished with 11 men, considering how much time they wasted at every given opportunity.

Good win. More VAR bullshit. More unpunished gamesmanship. Yet more half time cryarsing.
Surely by now people have worked out that virtually everything that could go wrong this season has done and perhaps the best thing we can all do is cut the lads a bit of slack.
They could have thought “ here we go again” after VARs latest, but they dug in and got a result.

My roar when Trent's shot went in was 50% joy, 50% sheer bloody relief. And it suddenly made my day approximately 500% better.

Much better performance all round, though we still looked a bit frail at times. Fuck it, though, it's all about the points right now, and we thoroughly deserved all three of them today.

I didn't think we were going to do it in that second half. Villa seemed to start to switch on after our 1st goal and push forward 10 yards to try and apply pressure when we built our attacks. We started to look bit lacklustre trying to form any sort of attack. Firmino going off also seemed to knock our momentum going forward to but what a crucial goal. Lovely finish.

Gotta laugh at Villa claiming for a high boot in the lead up to the goal, both players challenged for it at equal height.

Shak did his part in the little time he played. I've always got a soft spot for him as he's always positive and progressive when he plays. Probably not got the quality for a starter but I would like to see him play more minutes as a sub as something different at least.

I think they wanted to get Mane on --- and at the moment Salah and Jota were still lively.

I am as big a Bobby fan as there is -- and the thinking was probably a fresh Mane is better than 70 Minute + Firmino to chase the game.

They changed the midfield a lot Shaq, Thiago, and especially with the idea of moving Fab back after the Kabak coming off playing all four was not in the plans today.
