It says cut off date for season ticket waiting list replies is 29th april, will they start the next process straight after for the remaining fans or will there be a wait for the next lot to be sent??

Well, got a reply by email from the TO.

(To recap I have my confirmation of being on the list dated October 1999 but am not getting a letter according to the website).

It says that as I am currently a STH who went on the list again in 1999 (for my son who was then 9) we are to be contacted separately - it makes no reference to what they will say or why but I'd be surprised if it was good news.

Probably better to keep a low profile I think.

But clearly they're adopting a different policy for those who already have them, despite going to the trouble to get on the list again (for a young son) 11 years ago.

I rang this morning and was told that there are a number of e-mails they are going through and that was the reason why they weren't responding to people. She said that they will all be checked but couldn't give any timescales.

I forgot to question what would happen after the cut off point. Maybe somebody could ask if they ring?

I applied in 2000 and was not getting a letter according to the checker, however, I received a letter this morning confirming that I am in fact in the first 25,000 - bizarre.

Me too. Has anybody actually received their letter yet? What does it say?

I'm hoping that mine is hand delivered by Andy Carroll giving a piggyback to Suarez.

I have just looked at my reference number on two different letters I have received. Neither one has anything that resembles a date. 1 is b8p115 and the other 18647 or something along those lines.
Both letters have "date as postmark" and have houiller as manager. Both are replies asking where I was on the list. The earliest that I can work out is the website is liverpoolfc.net which must be about 01-02 at least.

Exactly the same as me mate. Quote your letter reference from the club to them as well.

Same here, applied around the same time as you. Name not showing on the online checker. LFC letter arrives today.

Am a bit relieved to be honest.

Went on.tv and put in post code and yes I'm getting the letter. To my old house, but our kid bought it off me so I ain't changing details till I get it. Get in!

The bxpxxx is reference to B=Book P=Page (as that is the old fashioned way they did it)

The reference number, I've no idea what that means (by that I mean if it is in order, or not).

does anyone know officially what date they closed the waiting list to sort it out? i sent off my letter to join the waiting list in january and i heard that it was getting sorted in march and when i bought my man city ticket the other week it said on my online history WAITING LIST dated 3/2/2011 does this mean i am on the waiting list and for further referance could someone please tell me when it officially closed thanks!

I applied in 1997 but when i put my details into the website it says i will not be receiving a letter.

I just emailed the ticket office because i'm pretty sure i would be one of the first 25000 people on the list.

The letter was waiting when I got home today and the number looks about right compared to what the club advised when I wrote to check a couple of years ago.

I'm one of those who should be on the online list but isn't. Got an email from the club today asking to provide some proof but think the original letter's somewhere at my parents' house which I haven't got a hope of finding in time so I think I'm buggered.

Yeah I thought that, once everyone has payed the fiver and confirmed they'll sort the numbers etc. The list will probably half in that time hopefully.

Got my letter today from Ian Ayre. The number at the top seems to indicate your position on the list.
