Not trying to play down his achievements bit is he facing 'easier' shots than most keepers , because our defence are better drilled than most not to concede high xg shots.  I know he's made a few amazing saves this season. But I don't know (because I've not seen) what the majority of his shots faced are like.
I couldn't really say, but that is something that was also said about Ray Clemence.

He's not there to make super saves.  He's there to deny anything get through our defense , easy or hard.

His positioning is brilliant which makes everything look easy. So, for instance, De Gea makes worldies rooted to his line, saves Allison will never need to make because he’s willing to move out of his goal.

Statsbomb collect post shot data so positiong, placement etc and have him as the 2nd best keeper per 90 against expected goals. So he's still performing at an incredible level.

I just realized that we have A-keepers - Ali, Adrian, Andy. Sell Caoimhin, he doesn’t fit in

It may be spelt Caoimhin Kelleher, but it's actually pronounced Accrington Stanley.

All of the team behind the scenes deserve credit. I know some seem to blame Achterburg for all nature of things at Liverpool, but  if he was a bad as some make out he wouldn't still be part of the coaching team, as Klopp would have replaced him. He contributes to the goalkeepers training and you can clearly see how outstanding Alisson is. So I would yes, he does deserve some praise and I'm pretty sure Alisson would be the first person to admit it as well.

Dubravka is a fantastic goalkeeper imo. Of course he has the odd howler here and there, but the amount of shots he saves is incredible, also very good chances. He's kinda like Mignolet for Sunderland before we got him. Many, many saves, the odd one creeps in but you can't blame him when he's saved 5 others. For us he wouldn't work though.

In hindsight, we were exceptionally brave and decisive to pull the trigger on him when we did. Seeing the situation with Chelsea and Kepa, he'd definitely not have stayed on the market very long. Now they are trying to shift the most expensive goalkeeper for a fraction of his price. With that one deal, we fucked over Chelsea (forcing Athletic to put a gun to their heads) and got the best goalkeeper in the world for a price that looks supercheap right now.

Unsurprisingly, it's another Brazil manager being a loudmouth unprofessional twat to promote themselves (referring to himself in third person as professor ;D )

Whatever Allison said before Tite tried to quote him on the documentary, however it translates, I'm sure he'd already fed it back to Gomez.

Hey, all you old guys (says the fella turning 45 next month  ::) ), how does Alisson compare to Clemence? Cos looking at the stats, we're very close to the 1978-79 (I think) season in terms of goals conceded. But it's more than the keeper just looks unbeatable - there's hardly a one-on-one that I don't fancy Alisson over whichever striker it is. And Clem seemed to be pretty unbeatable back in his day too.

When we look back at the Klopp era, a huge sliding doors moment might be his save vs Milik in the Napoli group game. He scores there, no CL run, the atmosphere changes to 'Klopp can't win trophies' etc.
Since that save: one league defeat, 1 big ears lifted.

Yep, did that all while remaining in control of his feet in terms of avoiding sliding out of control and also being ready to pounce from his toes, which was how he got to the ball.
