Its ended up like a 33 frame snooker world final where the last frame is going to be the decider by a re-spotted black and a toss of the coin for who goes first. This is because we have either been in the lead or hung on right to this end. We are down to the rub of the green. We have made this league thrilling for everyone who watches it by preventing a 2 month parade like last year. Literally hundreds of millions will be grateful for this.

We could have won it in 13/14 but it would have taken City losing at home to a shite West Ham. It never really felt on. Then we went one down early and by the time we turned it around City were 2 up I think so it just never really seemed likely.

This time they’re away and even a draw could do it for us so it’s definitely more ‘on’ than 13/14 was.
True that. City drawing an away game (18/19) vs losing at home (13/14)

Actually the bookies have us priced at over a 10% chance of lifting the title today. It’s a real chance, no doubt about it.

And we were only give a 5% chance of doing it on Tuesday

Basically trying to do anything but think about the game. However today ends this season has been nothing but a joy and more successful than the personal goal I'd set before we kicked a ball and it would still be that way had we not twatted Barcelona and become the best team on the planet.

"Man City haven't lost on the final day of a PL season since 2012/13, when Brighton boss Chris Hughton won 3-2 at the Etihad with Norwich"

Btw why are people calling this the first time in ages when we have a chance of winning the league on the final day. We were in the same position in 2013-14 too.. needing to win our game and hoping for City to drop points.
I’m one of those people. It was different in 2014. We had that disastrous game against Chelsea and the heartbreaker against Palace. Momentum was gone and I had completely lost faith. Now, after this season and last week, I firmly believe that this can be done.

I don't even feel nervous about today.  I guess my age has something to do with that but I really feel quite at ease with everything.  Win the title or miss out by such a narrow margin having secured the third largest points total ever plus having a Champions League Final to play in a few weeks, I'm ready to say we're back on our perch and there's fuck all anyone can do about it.  There might be an annoying little blue budgie persistently trying to jump on our perch and stay there but we have turned back into a force with our talons firmly embedded - we're here to stay and that blue budgie can fuck off to its plastic perch below us.

The fact that I feel so nervous tells that I beleive it could happen.

There are 180 minutes of football to play and anything could occur.

Wolves will be such a tough game and our lads will be running on fumes and emotions after Newcastle and Barca. If we just concentrate on ourselves and get the three points..who knows, could be the greatest day of our lives.

Lets all pray to the footballing gods!

Properly came to terms with the chance of not winning it a while ago. In fact probably when city went past us. So pretty serene today. If it happens will be beyond eutopia, if not, well I’m damn proud of the club and on to Madrid. What a season. What a couple of seasons.

I was shitting it Monday night, I couldn't even check the City v Leicester score until full time. Today I'm just waiting to see what 5pm brings - fully expect to see Kompany lift the trophy. If we could influence this ourselves, ie a win regardless of what City do, I would be like I was in the 70s/80's, very confident Hendo would be lifting it this afternoon.

It's only pain.

Alistair Brownlee was unbeatable as a triathlete, and it was his brother Jonny who said that Alistair had an unmatched ability to endure pain. He said that as they got into the 10k run at the end of the race, Alistair knew he was at breaking point. But he also knew that the other athletes were also feeling the same. So he'd run even harder, knowing the others couldn't stand the pain like he could.

That's this Liverpool team.

feel like its a 5% chance of City drawing or losing today. However that is still a chance.
