The wife is in work and its lovely and sunny so I've taken my sons to the park, we've had a kickabout and ice-creams. When Jo finishes work, we'll go visit her Dad then take a walk to the local town centre and sit outside and have a drink or too.

Hmm, my ignorance was bliss, I always imagined some exotic dark skinned girl from somewhere in Asia or South America. Disillusioned now.

Being able to breathe properly through my nose - doesn't happen very often it seems. Sinuses always seem to be fucked or I always seem to get a cold. Love just waking up and being able to breathe through my nose.

Hasn't happened for over a week now :/

There is some evidence to suggest it's bollocks, but as someone who suffers dreadfully and who doesn't believe in holistic approaches to medicine, it was bloody effective.

That's really interesting and I will definitely be looking into that.

I currently press my thumb above the nose, between the eyes for a good 20 seconds, whilst pressing my tongue against the roof of my mouth to get some temporary relief. I also sit over steam with Olbas oil sometimes too, so I'm not against trying something a bit different! I don't really believe in the holistic approach either, but I've gone to enquire about it a couple of months at a local holistic place. Ended up not going back for reasons I'm not quite sure... maybe fear of the unknown!
